200nm-110nm Portable High Sensitivity Fiber Optic Spectrometer MAX2000-PRO
MAX2000-Pro’s fiber optic spectrometer (also known as portable spectrometer/miniature spectrometer) has high sensitivity, high quantization efficiency and high dynamic range, and is capable of responding to deep ultraviolet wavelengths (185-300nm). The MAX2000-PRO uses Hamamatsu’s back-illuminated area array FFT-CCD, which is ideal for applications that require high quantization efficiency and a wider spectrum.
MAX2000-PRO perfectly combines the Hamamatsu surface array back-illuminated FFT-CCD, and the EX grating adopts the dual flare band of 280 & 760nm, and has many advantages such as low electronic noise, high ultraviolet sensitivity, high quantization efficiency, high dynamic range and ultra-wide spectrum, etc., which is mainly used in the fields of low light detection, ultraviolet sensitivity and wide spectrum requirements.
It has the widest wavelength band of 185-1150 nm.
The MAX2000-PRO is available in the ordinary model, the EX full-spectrum model and the DUV deep ultraviolet version
